How Love Heals
Eden Centers outreach and prevention program aims to educate the community, its stakeholders, and those most vulnerable with knowledge of human trafficking and make connections to resources. Our program is led by a licensed clinician and survivor leader. We offer education in the following ways:
- Human Trafficking Training for Super Bowl 2025: This training is for community members, medical professionals, hospitality industry, other service providers and mental health professionals to help them prepare for the expected increase in human trafficking during Super Bowl 2025. This training will cover what human trafficking is and how to identify it, who is at risk, how to report suspected trafficking, and helpful resources.
- One hour Human Trafficking Training: This training provides our audience with insight about the realities of human trafficking both in Louisiana and throughout the US. This basic course is to educate anyone on what human trafficking is, who is at risk, how to identify human trafficking, how to report it, and what are the resources in your area. This training is for anyone in any occupation looking to make a difference in their communities.
- 10 week session: This training is for at-risk youth and takes a deeper dive into topics such as what is human trafficking, who is at risk, how to identify human trafficking, how to report it, and what are the resources in your area.
